Who Is Ana Brandt?

With over 25 years of experience, Ana Brandt is a globally respected newborn photographer and educator. She has taught in 45 countries and led online photography education for over 15 years.

In 2020, Ana launched The Baby Academy, offering immersive four-day hands-on workshops. She also leads Baby Clinics—intensive 4-hour sessions focusing on essential skills like swaddling and newborn posing.

To date, Ana has personally trained thousands of students in her clinics and thousands more through global masterclasses and single-day trainings.

Certification Requirements

The certification process is facilitated through a secure online platform and includes a comprehensive review of your skills, business practices, and environment. To earn certification, participants must successfully complete the following:

  Assesses your understanding of safe newborn handling, posing, and session planning.

• ✅ Session Video Submissions
  You’ll provide unedited video footage of you conducting an actual newborn session to demonstrate real-time handling, posing, and interaction.

• ✅ Client Testimonials
  Written or video feedback from real clients who can speak to your professionalism, service, and results.

• ✅ Peer Testimonials
  Validation from industry peers who can vouch for your skill, ethics, and collaboration within the photography community.

• ✅ Studio Walkthrough Video
  A visual tour of your workspace, showing the safety, cleanliness, and setup of your studio.

• ✅ Business Documentation
  Submission of proof of business insurance, client policies, and contracts to confirm that your business is legally sound and professionally operated.

  Other elements may be requested as needed to provide a complete picture of your operations and professionalism.
