Private 1:1 with Ana Brandt

Build the thing you keep saying you're going to build.

You have an idea. A tool, a planner, a program, a membership — something your people keep asking you for. Every time you look into building it, you get a quote with a comma in it, and you put the idea back down.

Four private Zoom sessions where we pick it back up and build it.

This was going to be a class

It isn't.

I was going to teach this as a group class. Then I sat down to build a platform with one of my members, and about twenty minutes in I knew it couldn't be a class.

Not because group classes are bad. Because this work is personal. Your idea is not her idea. What you're building, who it's for, how it makes money — none of that is the same as the person sitting next to you. Twenty minutes of generic instruction would have been useless to her. Twenty minutes on her thing changed what she's building.

So this is private. Just you and me.

And it's only for people who truly want to build their own program. Not people who are curious. Not people who want to watch. People who have an idea they've been carrying around and are finally ready to make it real.

Here's what changed

If you can describe it, you can build it.

That is not a motivational line. That is literally the skill I'm going to teach you. You describe what you want, in plain English, the way you'd explain it to a friend — and it gets built. No code. Nothing to install. No developer.

I hand-coded my own websites badly from the age of 22, and for two decades there was a ceiling I could not get past. Every time I wanted something real — a booking system, a store that worked the way I wanted, a place for my members to gather — I got quoted thousands and went back to duct-taping things together.

That ceiling is gone. Not just for developers. For me, and for you.

What we do together

Four sessions, start to live.

Session one — Your idea, made real

We take the thing in your head and make it specific enough to build. Most ideas are too big on day one. We find the version that's small enough to finish and still worth paying for — and we decide how it makes money before we build it, because that changes what we build.

Session two — We build it

Live, together, on your actual project. You drive, I coach. By the end of this session you have something real on your screen.

Session three — We make it sellable

How people buy it, how they receive it, what happens automatically and what needs you. This is the session that turns a project into a product.

Session four — We put it in the world

Live, on your domain, working. Plus your first 90 days: what to post, what to say, and what to do when the first person asks to buy.

Whatever you want to make

I don't care what you build. I care that it's yours.

For kids & school

A reading tracker a whole classroom uses. A behavior chart that isn't ugly. A camp signup. A tutoring scheduler. Practice sheets for the one subject nobody makes good ones for.

For homeschool families

A curriculum planner built the way you actually plan. A lesson library. An hours-and-attendance log that matches what your state asks for. A co-op calendar and signup.

For moms

A meal planner for how your family really eats. A chore chart. A milestone tracker. A paid group for the women who keep asking you how you do it.

For photographers

A client prep guide. A pricing calculator. A booking and contract system. A posing library. A model call signup. The thing you've been paying a monthly fee for and hating.

For anyone selling anything

A catalog. An order form. A directory. A membership. A course. A small tool that solves one annoying problem for one specific group of people who will happily pay you to solve it.

The part you should read twice

I don't take a percentage. Not ever.

Let me be clear about what this costs you and what it doesn't.

Whatever you build is yours. Whatever it earns is yours. I take no cut of your sales, no licensing fee, no revenue share buried in a contract. I am not your partner and I'm not on your books. You pay me once, and you own every single thing that comes out of it.

Platformstake a percentage of everything you sell, forever.

Agencieskeep you on retainer and charge again for every edit.

Softwarerents you a tool you'll never own, and raises the price every year.

ThisYou pay once. You own it. I take nothing and get out of your way.

And you pay once. This is not a subscription. When we're done, you're done paying me.

What you're actually buying

Not a project. The last time you get quoted.

The thing we build in four sessions is the first one. The second one you build by yourself, on a Sunday afternoon, for nothing. So does the third, and the tenth.

That is where the real return sits — not in the one project, in never being stuck again. Never waiting three weeks on a developer to change a headline. Never paying $79 a month for software that does 60% of what you needed. Never dropping an idea because of the number someone quoted you.

What will it make you? I'm not going to tell you — and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.

I don't know your audience, your pricing, or how hard you'll push it. Nobody handing you an income number knows either. What I can tell you is this: the arithmetic is yours to run, and every dollar of the result is yours to keep. Look at what you were about to pay someone to build this. Look at what you're paying every month for tools that almost work. Then decide.

Proof of concept

I'm not going to tell you it works. I'm going to show you.

Everything below I built myself. Not with a developer. Not with an agency. Me, describing what I wanted until it existed.

My Studio Books

A full CRM and booking platform for photographers — clients, sessions, contracts, payments.

Quoted at $15,000–$60,000

The Studio Social System

A browser-based design studio suite photographers use to make their content.

Quoted at $15,000–$50,000

My community platform

Memberships, tiers, member profiles, private rooms, a trainer area. It replaced the platform I was renting every month.

Quoted at $10,000–$40,000

The Content Creator Dream Studio

A tool that lets creators build products they can sell.

Quoted at $12,000–$40,000

Shop Ana Brandt

My own storefront, built the way I wanted instead of the way a template allowed.

Quoted at $8,000–$30,000

Four studio tools

Pricing Calculator, Mini Session Profit Planner, Instagram Growth Tool, Client Script Vault.

Quoted at $2,000–$6,000 each

I'm not showing you that list to impress you. I'm showing you because every single one of them started exactly where you are right now — with an idea and no way to get it made.

And most of them aren't just tools I use. They're products people buy. That's the second half of what I'll teach you.

Why not wait

The idea does not build itself.

Every month it sits there is another month you're paying for the workaround — the subscription that almost does it, the hours you spend doing by hand what a tool could do in a second, the thing you don't offer your clients because the system isn't there.

And because right now, knowing how to do this is still unusual. That window is not going to stay open.

What's included

Everything you need to finish.

  • Four private 1:1 Zoom sessions with me, 60 minutes each
  • Recorded lessons to watch between sessions, so our live time goes to your build — not to me explaining the basics again
  • Done-with-you setup — we get your project live, on a real domain, together. You don't get handed instructions and wished luck.
  • Support until your project is live. Not 30 days, not 60 days. We're finished when your thing is out in the world and working.
  • Full ownership of everything you build. No percentage, no strings.
  • The skill to build the next one without me.

$1,800

Paid in full. No payment plan — that part is on purpose. This only works with people who are ready to build, not people who are still thinking about it.

All Access Platinum members: $900.

Book your spot

Right after checkout you'll get a short form — tell me your idea, and I'll come to session one already thinking about it.

All sales are final. This is private time held for you, and once it's booked it isn't available to anyone else.

Before you book

Who this is not for.

I'd rather tell you now than take your money.

This isn't for people who want to become developers or get a tech job — that's a different path and I'm not the person for it. It isn't for people who want to watch someone else build. And it isn't for people who don't have an idea yet. You don't need a finished idea. You need an itch. If you've got nothing you've been meaning to make, come back when you do.

Also worth saying plainly: I'm not going to promise you an income. Nobody honest can. What I can promise is that you'll finish with something real, live, and yours — and that you'll know how to build the next one without me.

Who I am

I'm about three steps ahead of you.

I'm Ana Brandt. I've been photographing maternity and newborn for 27 years, out of studios in Tustin, California and New York. I'm a mom of three. I've trained 26 certified photographers around the world. There are 263,000 people following along on Instagram and my videos have been watched more than 35 million times.

None of that is why you should listen to me on this.

Here's why. I taught myself to build because I couldn't afford the alternative, then stayed stuck at that level for years. In the last stretch I've built my own CRM, my own storefront, my own community platform, a suite of design tools my students use every day, a directory, a matching platform, and a shelf of small tools I use in my studio every week. Some I use. Most of them, people buy.

I still remember what it felt like to not understand any of it. That's exactly why I can teach it.
